Exchanges
We only replace item(s) if they are damaged and we are notified within 2 days of your receiving of the item(s). Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be covered by us.

If you are looking to exchange your 6×6 handbag for a different color, you must notify us within 2 days of your receiving of the item(s). In order to be eligible for this color exchange your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged (free from any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the original packaging, such as dust bags. Once your exchanged item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s) for exchange and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange*.

*To be approved, your item(s) must be received in its original and follow all requirements listed above to be eligible for a color exchange. Missing parts or original packaging, or for reasons not due to our error will result in an incomplete exchange. Please pack and ship the item(s) carefully.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). This includes shipping your 6×6 handbag back to us, and shipping the exchanged one to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged (free from any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the original packaging, such as dust bags.

All returned item(s) must be accompanied by the return form (which will be sent VIA e-mail). To complete your return, we require a printed and signed copy of the invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a tracking number or shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

Refunds
In order to be eligible for a full refund minus shipping cost, you must first contact us prior to shipping your item(s) back via e-mail at newsletter@shopvivianchang.com Please include your reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full* refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
